Key Responsibilities
Facilities Operations & Maintenance
. Conduct daily inspections of common areas, facilities, and equipment
. Monitor cleanliness, lighting, lifts, plumbing, electrical systems, and amenities
. Report and follow up on defects, breakdowns, or safety hazards
. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
. Liaise with service providers (cleaners, lift contractors, landscapers, pest control, etc.)
. Supervise on-site works and ensure compliance with safety and work procedures
. Verify job completion and report issues to the Managing Agent (MA)
Resident / Tenant Support
. Attend to residents feedback, complaints, and service requests
. Explain house rules, facility usage, and safety guidelines
Safety, Security & Compliance
. Conduct basic safety checks and assist during emergencies
Administration & Reporting
. Update maintenance records and handover notes
. Assist MA with notices, facility bookings, and operational matters
