Salary: $2500 - 3800
Job Description
- Support the Operations Manager/ Superior and other cleaning supervisors in all duties of the cleaning operation. Assist the Operations Manager/superior to coordinate, scheduling, and supervise cleaning site staff.
- Responsible to inspect job sites for proper cleaning and inventory cleaning supplies.
- To attend to clients complaints promptly.
- To resolve problems efficiently without unnecessary delay.
- To be involved in the appointment of Supervisors and Cleaners
- Train, instruct, and supervise the work of Supervisors and Cleaners
- Ensure all works carried out by Supervisor and Cleaners as set out in their Job Descriptions are completed with due observation to appropriate Health & Safety requirements
- Able to be hands-on when the situation requires and any other responsibility as assigned by superiors.
- Distribute advance and monthly salary to employees.

- Willing to work night shift/ rotating shift/weekend
- Willing to work outdoor (some projects might included outdoor environment)
