Facilities Management Executive
Job Summary:
The Facilities Management Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of office facilities. This role oversees maintenance, coordinates service providers, manages resources, and ensures a functional and compliant workplace environment. The Facilities Management Executive acts as the primary point of contact for facility-related matters, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Building Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure the facility runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage subcontractors, and supervise and coordinate facility management activities, ensuring all works comply with required standards and regulations. Perform minor repairs when necessary.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports, as well as incident reports related to facility operations.
- Attend to residents enquiries and concerns, and brief/instruct/enforce residents of the rules and regulations, which may include speaking to the residents if they do not understand.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building operations, or office administration.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented with attention to detail and service quality.
- Ability to liaise professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
