- The role is responsible for overseeing Soft-Services, including Cleaning, Pest Control, and Horticulture PM/CM works, as well as handling ad-hoc claims related to site works and coordination. Key duties include:
- Closely monitoring and ensuring the completion of Daily Breakdown cases, working with Duty Team Leaders to achieve till closed status ON TIME to avoid KPI deductions.
- Tracking and maintaining monthly IBC KPIs above 85%, managing appeal deductions points.
- Assisting with ad-hoc project site walks and claims documentation as needed, while supporting the WCP office team.
- Performing additional ad-hoc tasks as required at sites.
