Job Description

Job Scope

  • Oversee facilities management operations
  • Responsible for budget planning, outsourcing, tendering, awarding of contracts, and monitoring KPIs
  • Develop and implement goals and plans to meet operational requirements
  • Manage, plan, and execute all approved expenditures
  • Recommend outsourcing strategies and process improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Manage both medical and non-medical service contracts
  • Oversee repairs, facilities maintenance projects, and emergency breakdowns
  • Conduct regular meetings with contractors and monitor performance
  • Coordinate servicing, repairs, and site maintenance works
  • Lead a team of officers and contractors in day-to-day facilities operations

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Building/Facility Management
  • Minimum 5 years of facilities/property management experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) preferred healthcare industry experience an advantage
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
