Job Scope
- Oversee facilities management operations
- Responsible for budget planning, outsourcing, tendering, awarding of contracts, and monitoring KPIs
- Develop and implement goals and plans to meet operational requirements
- Manage, plan, and execute all approved expenditures
- Recommend outsourcing strategies and process improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage both medical and non-medical service contracts
- Oversee repairs, facilities maintenance projects, and emergency breakdowns
- Conduct regular meetings with contractors and monitor performance
- Coordinate servicing, repairs, and site maintenance works
- Lead a team of officers and contractors in day-to-day facilities operations
Job Requirements
- Degree in Building/Facility Management
- Minimum 5 years of facilities/property management experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) preferred healthcare industry experience an advantage
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
