Key responsibilities andaccountabilities:
〮 Conduct periodic preventive and corrective maintenancefor plant equipment and facility systems.
〮 Perform routine inspection, monitoring, and basictroubleshooting of wet scrubbers, dust collectors, AHUs, and DI water systems.
〮 Troubleshoot electrical and technical issues, and carryout repair and maintenance work as required.
〮 Perform daily inspections of facilities and equipment toensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
〮 Apply Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures duringmaintenance and repair activities.
〮 Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory and raiserequisitions for replacement parts when necessary.
〮 Maintain good housekeeping standards in all work andmaintenance areas.
〮 Perform scheduled inspections to ensure pest controlmeasures remain effective within the manufacturing environment.
〮 Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure work isperformed according to required quality and safety standards.
〮 Ensure all contractors and vendors comply with KTS safetyrules and policies.
〮 Prepare andsubmit incident reports, update facilities records, and perform otheradministrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
〮 Minimum Nitec or equivalent certificate in Building,Facilities Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
〮 At least 2 years of relevant working experience in afactory or industrial environment.
〮 Basic knowledge of facility systems maintenance,including mechanical, electrical, and building services.
〮 Basic knowledge of wet scrubber, dust collector, airhandling unit (AHU), and DI water system operation and maintenance.
〮 Willing and able to work overtime as and when required, including weekends.
〮 Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
〮 Able to manage multiple maintenance tasks and prioritieseffectively.
〮 Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
〮 Good teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.
〮 Responsible, hands-on, and safety-conscious in carryingout maintenance works.
