Facilities Maintenance Technician (Electrical)

• Position: Facilities Maintenance Technician (Electrical)

• Location: North West (Straight Bus nearby Admiralty MRT)

• Working hours: 6 Working days - Monday to Saturday 8AM to 5PM

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4500 + AWS + Overtime Pay + Annual Leave 10 days (prorated, up to max of 18 days)

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for plant equipment and facilities.

• Troubleshoot and carry out electrical repair and maintenance works.

• Conduct daily inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure operational readiness.

• Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards in all work areas.

• Support spare parts management and raise requisitions for replacement parts.

• Supervise contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair works.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including Lock-out Tag-out (LOTO).

• Assist in facility-related administrative tasks (reports, records, documentation).

• Support pest control and environmental checks within manufacturing facilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• At least 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing / factory environment.

• Hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting and repair.

• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

• Willing to perform overtime when required.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients who communicate only in Mandarin
