Job Description
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, air-conditioning, compressed air, and chilled-water systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Liaise with external contractors for scheduled servicing and emergency repairs to maintain daily building functionality.
- upervise vendors during renovation works to ensure timely and smooth handover of new or refurbished areas.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of AHU rooms and electrical switch rooms to maintain equipment condition.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors and vendors to ensure repair and renovation works are carried out safely, cost-effectively, and to quality standards.
- Carry out hands-on repair works including basic sanitary, plumbing, electrical, and minor building works when required.
- Conduct basic fault troubleshooting for telephone and communication lines.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
