Oversee outsourced Facilities Management Service Providers (FMSP) to ensure effective preventive maintenance, pest control, cleaning, horticulture, and security.
Plan, organize, and supervise FMSP teams in scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance.
Verify preventive works, ensure timely follow-up, and maintain systems in operational condition.
Manage service incidents (e.g., air-con, power, blockages) and ensure prompt resolution.
Investigate breakdowns to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
Partner with EHS on permits, licenses, and regulatory engagement with Singapore agencies.
Develop and maintain site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
Diploma in Facility/Building/Property/Estate Management or any related field, with 3+ years facilities operations experience.
