FACILITIES / SHIFT M&E FACILITY TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibilities

. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities and M&E systems.

. Troubleshoot and repair air-conditioning, electrical and mechanical systems.

. Conduct regular inspections and attend to breakdowns and maintenance requests.

. Monitor equipment and ensure all facilities are operating safely and efficiently.

. Maintain proper records of maintenance works and equipment status.

. Coordinate with contractors and service providers when required.

. Support daily facilities operations and respond to urgent maintenance issues.

Requirements

. Experience in Aircon, M&E, Electrical or Building Maintenance preferred.

. Able to perform troubleshooting and basic repair works.

. Willing to work shifts, weekends and overtime when required.

. Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently.
