Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a full time Facilities, Logistics & Printing Associate to support the organisation's printing, facilities maintenance, logistics, delivery and inventory needs.
The role is based at the company's printing plant and also supports the organisation's learning centres islandwide.
Key Responsibilities
Printing, Delivery & Inventory
Operate the printing machinery at the company's printing plant.
Print, collate, pack and deliver worksheets and other materials to the organisation's learning centres on time.
Drive the company's van (Auto) for deliveries.
Provide basic troubleshooting support for printers at the learning centres.
Assist with preparing and issuing delivery orders and invoices to the learning centres, where required.
Assist with inventory control through the warehouse system.
Carry out regular stocktaking and maintain proper inventory records.
Facilities & Maintenance
Maintain and repair office equipment and premises at the head office, learning centres and classroom facilities.
Coordinate with building management and landlords regarding safety and building compliance, as well as maintenance works under the landlord's responsibility.
Liaise with contractors on the servicing or replacement of air conditioning systems, lighting, CCTV systems and fire extinguishers.
Provide technical support to the learning centres for interactive whiteboards, visualisers, projectors and laptops.
Coordinate the delivery of furniture and interactive whiteboards, as well as the installation of internet services, telephone lines and NETS payment systems for new centres.
Assist with applications for business services, including NETS, Singtel and utility services.
Follow up with contractors and interior designers on renovation progress and completion.
Assist with purchasing office equipment, computers and laptops, including sourcing suitable pricing and maintenance programmes.
Provide feedback on the quality of work delivered by vendors and suppliers.
Relocations & Events
Pack, move and arrange tables, chairs, furniture and equipment during relocations involving learning centres, the office or warehouse.
Support the movement of furniture, equipment and other items for company events, seminars and workshops.
Undertake other ad hoc projects or assignments as required.
Requirements
Valid Class 3 driving licence.
At least 2 years of working experience.
Prior related working experience will be an advantage.
Experience working with photocopiers or printing machinery will be an advantage.
Able to perform basic troubleshooting of printing equipment.
Comfortable undertaking physical work, including packing, carrying and moving furniture and equipment.
Working Days & Hours
Monday to Friday.
8:30am to 5:30pm.
Occasional overtime or support outside the stated working hours may be required for company events and operational needs.
Job Location
Marymount
Travel to the organisation's learning centres islandwide will be required for deliveries and operational support.
Important Notes
This is a full time position.
A company van with automatic transmission will be provided for deliveries.
Training on the printing machinery and basic troubleshooting will be provided.
The role involves physical and manual work.
