Responsibilities:
As a member of the Facilities Management team at Paragon, your job scope includes the following:
- Assist the Facilities Management team in managing the operations and building maintenance
- To monitor term and adhoc maintenance contracts for soft services including assist for renewals
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the standards of housekeeping, security and M&E services are met
- Manage and monitor term contractors for housekeeping, pest control, waste disposal, security and carpark services
- Oversee and manage carpark operations, including preparing of reports, processing season parking
- Provide administration support including processing purchase orders and invoices, maintaining department files
- Submit insurance claims
- Assist in drafting of circulars to tenants and preparation of management reports
Requirements
- Min Diploma in relevant field
- 2 years experience, preferably in commercial facility management
- Team player with good communication and organization skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience/Certified in Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) will be an advantage
