Facilities Executive

a) Facility Operations:
i)Oversee and manage all aspects of building operations (dorms & main factory), including M&E systems, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and pest control.
ii)Monitor and ensure performance of contractors and service providers according to contractual obligations and KPIs.
iii)Conduct regular building inspections and audits to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.

b)Regulatory Compliance
i) Ensure all building operations comply with Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), National Environment Agency (NEA), and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other regulatory requirements.
ii) Prepare and manage documentation for mandatory inspections, such as Fire Safety Certificate, Periodic Structural Inspections, Lift and Escalator Maintenance.
iii) Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations, including Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines.

c)Maintenance Management
i)Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for building systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
ii)Manage asset registers and ensure all equipment is maintained and functioning optimally.
iii) Manage MOM ACE System
