Facilities Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and engineering improvements of factory systems to ensure stable supply capacity and consistent quality for customers.

• Operate, maintain, and service chiller and boiler systems.

• Operate, maintain, and service process pipelines and exhaust systems.

• Operate, maintain, and service HVAC and fire protection systems.

• Operate, maintain, and service cleanroom systems.

• Plan and execute system improvement projects and HOOKUPengineering.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Refrigeration & Air Conditioning/Industrial Design/Civil Engineering/Electrical & Electronic Engineering/Industrial Engineering and equivalent qualification.

• With or without working experience

• Strong interest to learn and develop system operation skills.

• Ability to manage system operations and emergency response handling.

• Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent critical thinking skills and a high level of numeracy.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong team working skills, with an ability to motivate others and to lead or manage teams and projects.

• Able to work independently and able to handle stress effectively
