Facilities Engineer/Senior Engineer

Our client is hiring a Facilities Senior Engineer to oversee workplace operations, ensuring the site runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The role focuses on maintenance, vendor oversight, space utilisation, and cost management, while supporting a sustainable and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.
• Manage service providers and vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead facility improvement and renovation projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Drive workplace planning initiatives to optimise space and enhance employee experience.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and implement efficiency and sustainability measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years experience in facilities management, preferably in complex or technical environments.
• Strong background in vendor management, project delivery, and budget control.
