Responsibilities:
- Oversee ACMV/HVAC maintenance activities and ensure efficient operations by the technical team.
- Ensure indoor thermal comfort and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works.
- Coordinate and manage contractors for installation and maintenance projects.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, implementing improvements for efficiency and energy savings.
- Prepare reports, maintenance plans, and project updates for stakeholders.
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for system issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with minimum of 3 years experience in ACMV.
- Facilities Management Certification required
