Fault Reporting Center Facilities Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for a Fault Reporting Center Facilities Engineer who thrives in high-stakes environments and is passionate about ensuring operational excellence in healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for incidents and emergencies.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system faults.
  • Coordinate task allocation and daily operational meetings.
  • Manage contractor access and PTW issuance.
  • Monitor critical systems and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree in M&E disciplines with 3+ years experience OR Diploma with 5+ years experience.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Safety-first mindset and WSH compliance.
  • Experience in healthcare or IFM is a plus.
  • Immediate starters preferred.
