Facilities Engineer, Electrical

What you'll be doing

• Manage and maintain electrical building systems, including power distribution, lighting, and auxiliary systems

• Oversee new building construction projects and electrical installations, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance

• Develop and implement planned preventive maintenance programmes for electrical and ACMV systems

• Manage service partners and contractors, ensuring adherence to safety standards and technical specifications

• Provide technical advice to user departments on electrical and ACMV systems and building operations

• Coordinate fire safety and Green Mark initiatives to meet statutory and sustainability requirements

• Investigate electrical or ACMV incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and prepare reports with corrective actions

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or related studies

• 3 - 5 years of working experience in electrical and ACMV systems management within facilities management/ building operations

• Extensive hands-on experience with Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems

• Strong knowledge of electrical building systems, ACMV systems, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance practices

• Experience managing contractors and coordinating technical projects

• Familiarity with fire safety regulations and Green Mark standards is an advantage

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
