Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities and to follow up with status in a 300mm Wafer Plant & Office Building.
- To handle administration work in building service of a 300mm Wafer Plant & Office Building, included Purchase Request application and progress payment application.
- To cross check and follow up with Quality Inspection of Buildings.
- To assist and follow up work arrangement of Landscaping and Building cleaning works.
Education Qualification & Essential Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering / architecture or a related field.
- Experience with building construction and maintenance in a 300mm fab facility.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, etc.
- A proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills, with experience in construction projects.
