Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, coordination and execution of facilities and engineering projects to ensure completion within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Service, maintain, and troubleshoot plant facilities and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational reliability.
- Identify maintenance issues and implement effective solutions to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient execution of maintenance activities, repairs, and facility-related projects.
- Supervise and guide supervisors and technicians, providing technical support, training, and performance oversight.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve facility and equipment issues, ensuring smooth plant operations.
- Monitor and maintain records of equipment downtime to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs for plant facilities and machinery.
- Monitor and compile utility energy consumption data to ensure compliance with Energy Conservation Act (ECA) reporting requirements.
- Support the implementation of Energy Efficiency Opportunities Assessment (EEOA) initiatives in line with regulatory standards.
- Possess basic knowledge of PLC systems (considered an advantage).
- Perform other duties assigned by Management, including responsibilities related to safety, Emergency Response Team (ERT), or operational requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Technical area of Study (Mechatronics Engineering)
- 1 year & above relevant experience
