Facilities Development Executive

Job Scope:
. Conduct feasibility studies for school development, review existing school designs and propose innovative and cost-effective solutions for future educational facilities

. Evaluate consultants design proposals to fulfil client's operational requirements and fulfilment of maintainability needs

. Collaborate with development project and contracts teams to review project management processes

. Manage the procurement of construction services and administration of construction of construction contracts

. Enhance partnerships with schools and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality building projects and services

Working Arrangement:
Duration: 1 Year
Salary: $5000/Month
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (8.30am to 6pm)
Location: 51 Grange Road

Requirements:
. Relevant training and background in the areas of architecture, building or engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience

. Good knowledge, understanding and expertise in the building industry and building regulations

. Strong collaborative, communication, interpersonal and project management skills

. Understand cost estimation, measurement and quantification of construction works, throughoutthe project lifecycle.
