Job Scope:
- Welcome and assist clients, employees, and visitors, delivering a professional first impression consistent with the bank's service standards.
- Manage the reception area, including handling incoming calls, courier services, and general front-desk enquiries, while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Provide on-the-spot guided tours or briefings for walk-in guests or prospective members, ensuring adherence to internal security protocols.
- Coordinate the secure registration and departure of staff, members, and visitors, ensuring strict compliance with the bank's security and access-control policies.
- Deliver day-to-day office and administrative assistance to ensure smooth branch and corporate operations.
- Source and purchase office and pantry supplies, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of stock usage.
- Assist in planning and executing internal events, meetings, and townhalls, including coordination of food, beverage, and venue requirements in line with corporate standards.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree Qualification in Business Administration or Business Management or equivalent
- Prior experience in afront-desk, community, or Facilities Coordinator
