What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Coordinate and oversee daily facilities operations including maintenance requests, space planning, and vendor management activities
  • Serve as primary liaison between tenants, building management, and service providers to ensure exceptional customer service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain facilities management systems, tracking work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and compliance requirements
  • Support space utilization projects and workplace optimization initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainability programs and cost-effective operational improvements
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for facilities performance metrics, budget tracking, and regulatory compliance
  • Respond to emergency situations and coordinate appropriate resources to minimize business disruption

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Assist in the management of all contractors on-site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors works)
  • Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required

Finance Management

  • Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure prompt and accurate management of purchase orders in JDE

Health & Safety Management

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures on-site are in place and working
  • Assist in carrying out safety procedures when needed

Risk Management

  • Assist in the implementation and management of property risk management program
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
  • Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
  • Adhere to JLL's business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm's guidelines, procedures and strategies
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in facilities management, property management, or related operations role
  • Strong proficiency in facilities management software systems (CAFM/CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships
  • Knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and compliance requirements (OSHA, ADA, local codes)
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and capacity to work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to travel between multiple facility locations as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in facilities management (CFM, FMP, or similar credential)
  • Experience with sustainability programs, LEED principles, or energy management initiatives
  • Background in vendor management, contract administration, or procurement processes
  • Familiarity with IoT technologies and smart building systems integration
  • Previous experience in commercial real estate or corporate facilities environment
  • Project management experience with ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Bilingual capabilities to support diverse tenant and vendor communities
