Work Location: Tessensohn Clubhouse
To assist in the daily operations and upkeep of the Club's facilities, ensuring a clean, safe and functional environment for staff, members and visitors.
What you'll be doing:
Support the day-to-day upkeeping, functionality of facilities of the Club
Assist with the setting up and dismantling of furniture and equipment for events, functions and meetings
Manage and operate sound system, when required
Perform regular checks and inspections on facilities and report any faults or hazards
Escorting contractors or service providers for maintenance or repair works
Ensure compliance with safety and security procedure at all times
Assist in deliveries, movement of items and perform basic inventory control
Perform simple handyman and maintenance tasks
Support other administrative or operational duties as assigned by Clubhouse Manager
We want you, if you have/are:
Minimum PSLE
Basic handyman and maintenance experience preferred
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office will be an added advantage
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to perform and carry manual tasks (eg. Movement of heavy item).
Able to work independently and as a team
Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
Working hours: 7am to 3pm, 2pm to 10pm
