Job Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for effective facilities and equipment management.
- Oversee all facility-related projects, renovations, and construction, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
- Manage regulatory compliance, permits, licenses, and follow-up on audit findings.
- Lead emergency management, Business Continuity (BCP), and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives.
- Prepare tender documents, scopes of work, and bills of quantities.
- Supervise and mentor the Facility Executive.
Requirements
- Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field with at least 3 years experience.
- (Diploma holders with 5 years relevant experience may be considered.)
- Strong technical knowledge in facility and biomedical equipment management.
- Good understanding of safety and regulatory compliance.
