As a Facilities Assistant Client Services professional at JLL, you'll serve as a vital connection point between our clients and the seamless operations that keep their workplaces running smoothly. This role places you at the heart of daily facility operations, where you'll coordinate service requests, support maintenance activities, and ensure that every workspace detail contributes to an exceptional client experience. You'll work collaboratively with technicians, vendors, and client stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and maintain the high standards our clients expect. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees, and in this position, you'll see that commitment come to life through every interaction and service delivery. • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to schedule preventive maintenance, repairs, and special projects with minimal disruption to daily operations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all service activities, work orders, vendor interactions, and facility compliance requirements
  • Support health and safety initiatives by ensuring facilities meet regulatory standards and promptly addressing any identified risks or concerns
  • Prepare reports on service metrics, client satisfaction, and facility performance to help leadership make informed decisions about operations and improvements
  • Assist with special events, space reconfigurations, and move coordination to support evolving client needs and workplace flexibility
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues by demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to exceptional service delivery

Required qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or certification in facilities management, business administration, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in facilities operations, client services, customer support, or a related role within commercial real estate or corporate environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members at all organizational levels
  • Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), work order platforms, and standard business software including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to assess situations quickly, identify practical solutions, and escalate issues appropriately when needed
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs while maintaining a positive, service-oriented attitude

Preferred qualifications:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, hospitality management, or a related discipline
  • Experience working in integrated facilities management, corporate real estate services, or property management with exposure to diverse building systems
  • Familiarity with building automation systems, energy management platforms, or space management software
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, and health and safety compliance standards relevant to commercial facilities
  • Certification in facilities management (e.g., IFMA's Facility Management Professional or Certified Facility Manager) or demonstrated commitment to professional development
  • Bilingual capabilities to better serve diverse client populations and team members
