Manage and guide the drafting team on best practices and audit the work quality from time to time.
Manage process of exchange, collaboration and coordination of Drawings Data with projects team, consultants and contractors.
Coordinate and liaise with projects team on submissions, updates or changes as per requirements and to ensure timely submission.
Review and update office drafting processes and related digitalization processes as part of a constantly improve work standards, processes and techniques.
Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data to meet project deliverable requirements.
Maintaining drafting standards and workflow in accordance to company standards.
Oversee the set set up BIM models based on office standards.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Architecture/Structure/Mechanical or equivalent with relevant experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
Experiences in BIM and use of Revit Autodesk Inventor, Lumion and Navisworks for architectural works is an advantage.
Good interpersonal and management skills couple with helpful attitude are essential.
