Facade Designer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop product design concepts according to Architect's / Facade Consultant's contract drawings and specifications.
• Lead and motivated a team of draftspersons to prepare shop drawings, part lists and manufacturing drawings.
• Plan, Implement and monitor design development and shop-drawings production schedules.
• Ensure product design development costs within budget constraints

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in architecture, design, engineering-related discipline
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience design of construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of current Autocad
• Able to interpret drawings, technical manuals and to follow quality/control procedures
