Organize and plan a design work schedule to meet deadlines.
Ensure design, drawings, and all other deliverables meet the requirements and specifications.
Oversee design preparation are efficient, well-coordinated, practical, and constructible.
Prepare and submit shop drawings according to project specifications, ensure the design drawings are following the company design guidelines and structural calculations and building integrity.
Work with the project team, sub-contractor, supplier, and factory team to ensure works are on schedule.
Requirement
Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or higher qualifications.
3 years experience in the design of window & door, curtain wall, claddings, etc.
Familiar with Autocad drafting, 3D software.
Energetic, matured, creative, and innovative, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
