Job scope

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow and service quality.

• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.

• Monitor inventory and handle stock replenishment.

• Ensure compliance with company, health, and safety standards.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues.
