Job Description

  • Lead Front-of-House Operations
    Oversee daily service procedures in restaurants, lounges, or events-ensuring high professional standards, smooth shift transitions, and positive guest interactions. You'll assign tasks, maintain oversight, and set the tone for service team conduct.
  • Staff Training and Supervision
    Train, mentor, and supervise service staff-including servers, hosts, and bartenders. This includes conducting pre-shift briefings, onboarding new hires, and maintaining consistent service standards.
  • Guest Engagement & Complaint Resolution
    Greet guests, address inquiries, and promptly resolve complaints. Ensure guests receive courteous and efficient service, helping to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory & Stock Management
    Monitor and manage stock levels-including food, beverages, and supplies-coordinate with relevant departments, and facilitate timely ordering to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Operational & Financial Controls
    Oversee reservations, table allocation, cash handling, billing accuracy, and labor scheduling. You'll also assist in tracking sales, expenses, and enforcing profit-oriented decisions.
  • Quality, Health & Safety Compliance
    Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards, enforce food safety protocols, and ensure compliance with relevant health regulations to guarantee guest safety and well-being.
