We're Hiring: Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor
Do you thrive in a dynamic dining environment and enjoy leading a team to deliver memorable service We are looking for a dedicated and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, guide service crew, and ensure our members and guests enjoy warm, attentive hospitality with every meal.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the F&B service team to deliver excellent dining experiences.
- Oversee daily operations, including staff deployment, service flow, and table management.
- Monitor service standards, grooming, and adherence to SOPs.
- Provide training, coaching, and feedback to the service crew to maintain high performance.
- Handle member and guest feedback promptly and professionally, resolving issues with tact.
- Ensure POS transactions, billing, and cash handling are carried out accurately.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen teams to ensure smooth, timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist the Outlet Manager with rostering, stock control, and ordering.
- Support Club events, banquets, and private functions where required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned to support F&B operations.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in F&B, hospitality, or a similar environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Good knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and basic reporting.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to service excellence.
