Job Description

  1. Organize daily shift and set daily targets
  2. Manage Full time and Part time crew members
  3. Use company reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity.
  4. Able to operate both in kitchen and service
  5. Manage the stock ordering & inventory
  6. Responsible for the sales and POS
  7. Ensure that all equipment of the entire restaurant are fully-functioning
  8. Undertake any operation related duties as assigned by the Manager in charge
