Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the outlet
  • Lead and guide service crew to maintain high service standards
  • Ensure proper mise en place and readiness before service periods
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to company standards
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally
  • Oversee order taking, billing, and payment processes
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with SFA regulations
  • Support inventory management, stock control, and ordering of supplies
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant, hotel, or F&B establishment preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with strong customer service mindset
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Physically fit to stand for long periods
