Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the outlet
- Lead and guide service crew to maintain high service standards
- Ensure proper mise en place and readiness before service periods
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to company standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally
- Oversee order taking, billing, and payment processes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with SFA regulations
- Support inventory management, stock control, and ordering of supplies
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant, hotel, or F&B establishment preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with strong customer service mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Physically fit to stand for long periods
