Job Description

  • Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Lead and motivate service staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen or purchasing team for replenishment.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotions, events, and special functions.
  • Ensure proper table settings, cleanliness, and presentation in the dining area.
  • Maintain service quality and consistency in accordance with company standards.
  • Prepare shift reports and update management on operations and staff performance.
