Job Description

  • Help day-to-day operations to deliver a high level of service for our guests
  • Maintain the quality of food, guest services, hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness to achieve clients satisfaction.
  • Act regular checks of all areas of the outlet.
  • Welcome guests according to standards.
  • Keep proper festive decorations and food are displayed in order.
  • Delivery food and drink recommendations to guests.
  • Do administration duties .
  • Resolve staff problems, hire new staff, and evaluate staff performance
  • Handle a busy and fast-paced role with varied duties
  • manage issues or complaints in a professional manner
  • Handle briefing and updates to the staff
  • Other appropriate duties and responsibility as assigned by the Management
