Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management:

Train, schedule, and supervise food and beverage service staff, ensuring they maintain high service standards.

  • Customer Service:

Monitor customer satisfaction, handle complaints and feedback, and ensure an excellent guest experience.

  • Operations Management:

Oversee daily food and drink service, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

  • Inventory Control:

Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and order supplies to meet customer demand and control costs.

  • Compliance:

Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

  • Coordination:

Liaise with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

  • Cost Control:

Monitor and control costs, including labour costs, through effective scheduling and resource management.

  • Cleanliness:

Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas.
