Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years relevant supervisory experience in F&B industry preferred.
  • Possess excellent leadership qualities.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, and working long hours.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to set priorities right in the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
  • Ability to display flexibility in approach to work.


Job Descriptions

  • Assist in the hiring and training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff.
  • Oversee both front and back of house operations, including wait staff and kitchen staff.
  • Maintain high-quality food standards.
  • Oversee wait and kitchen staff compliance with food health and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same.
  • Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively.
  • Develop strategies for improving customers dining experience.
  • Work with staff to project future needs for kitchen supplies, goods and cleaning products.
  • Maintain inventory of all needed supplies.
  • Identify methods restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs and improve profits.
  • Carry our maintenance on all restaurant equipment and records.
  • Manage the staff work schedules.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the staff.
  • Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary
