Job Summary

Our food and beverage chef will perform basic food preparation and cooking while maintaining high food hygiene standards. They will conduct regular stock checks with team members to ensure smooth food outlet operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items following established hygiene and safety standards to ensure quality meals
• Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene in all food preparation and cooking areas to comply with health regulations
• Conduct regular stock checks with food and beverage team members to prevent supply disruptions and support continuous operations
• Apply basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices to maintain safe food service conditions
