F&B SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on F&B Supervisor to support the daily operations of our outlet. The role involves supervising service crew, maintaining service and food hygiene standards, and assisting the Outlet Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

. Supervise and support service crew during daily operations.

. Assist the Outlet Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the outlet.

. Ensure staff follow company SOPs, service standards and food hygiene requirements.

. Coordinate staff deployment and break schedules during shifts.

. Guide and train new employees on their duties and operational procedures.

. Ensure good customer service and attend to customer feedback when required.

. Monitor food presentation, product availability and service efficiency.

. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the outlet.

. Check stock levels and assist with ordering and replenishment.

. Monitor and minimise food wastage.

. Ensure proper cashiering, cash handling and POS procedures.

. Assist with opening and closing duties.

. Conduct basic checks on outlet equipment and report any maintenance issues.

. Support the Outlet Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.

. Assist with stock-taking and inventory control.

. Perform other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager or management.

Requirements

. Relevant experience in F&B operations is preferred.

. Supervisory experience would be an advantage.

. Able to lead and work well with a team.

. Good communication and customer service skills.

. Responsible, punctual and hands-on.

. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
