Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day F&B operations (restaurant, bar, room service, banquets, etc.)
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Supervise and train staff (servers, bartenders, runners, etc.)
  • Manage schedules, attendance, and shift planning
  • Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly
  • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control
  • Support in budgeting, cost control, and revenue tracking

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and people management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software
  • Experience in hospitality or F&B environment (typically 2-3 years)
  • Diploma or degree in hospitality management is a plus
