We are expanding and we are looking for a dedicated F&B Outlet Supervisor to assist in overseeing operations at our outlet. If you have a strong background in food and beverage management and a passion for customer service, we want you to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing overall outlet operations to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Supervise staff, manage schedules and provide training and guidance to maintain team performance.
- Ensure the POS system runs smoothly, handle transactions, and assist with orders as needed.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Marketing departments to achieve business goals.
- Uphold cleanliness, quality, and service standards for excellent customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and ensure operations are in compliance with set standards and regulations.
Pre-requisites:
- Proven experience in F&B management with a focus on outlet operations.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Familiarity with SGdataPOS and Infotech knowledge is an advantage but not a must.
- Ability to collaborate with various departments to drive business success.
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Commitment to adhering to Company policies and maintaining high operational standards.
