Key Responsibilities:
. Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations
. Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
. Manage and train service staff (waiters/waitresses/crew)
. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP compliance if applicable)
. Assist in staff scheduling and shift planning
. Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service team
. Manage cashiering duties and daily closing reports
. Support outlet manager in achieving sales and operational targets
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in F&B or hospitality (supervisory role preferred)
. Good communication skills in English (other languages is a plus)
. Strong leadership and team management skills
. Customer service oriented and able to handle fast-paced environment
. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
. Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask
