Job Description & Requirements

Job Role:

-Assist in daily operations

-Ensure that the coffeeshop is properly maintained and clean

-Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaningprocedures, workplace safety and tender specifications.

-Regular checks with customers to gather feedbacks

-Resolving of conflicts in a professional way

Job Requirements:

-Experience in F&B

-Require working on Weekend and Public holidays

-Solve operational problems and make decisions.

-Good command of English and team management skill

-Able to monitor inventories for coffeeshop are well stockedand make adjustment based on sales

-Team player with good attitude
