Service Crew

Clarke Quay / Fort Canning MRT / 5 days work week
Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 Basic

Responsibilities

. Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
. Recommend products and promote ongoing offers.
. Operate POS systems, payment terminals, and food delivery devices.
. Ensure products are well displayed and adequately replenished.
. Maintain cleanliness, food hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
. Support daily outlet operations and work collaboratively with team members.

Requirements

. Positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
. Comfortable working in a retail and F&B environment
. Experience in bakery, café, retail, or F&B operations is an advantage.

Working Hours

. 5-day work week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
. Rotating shifts between 9:00am and 10:00pm
