We are seeking energetic and motivated F&B Service Crew to join our team. As part of the service team, you will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain smooth day-to-day operations, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and make menu recommendations when needed.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Assist in setting up, clearing, and cleaning tables to maintain a hygienic dining environment.
- Handle cashiering, including payments, refunds, and issuing receipts.
- Support the kitchen team by assisting in food preparation and replenishing condiments when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the dining area.
- Work with teammates to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Requirements:
- Previous F&B or customer service experience preferred, but not mandatory (training provided).
- Outgoing, service-minded, and able to communicate effectively with customers.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Physically fit to handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
