Delegates duties and responsibilities to waiters/waitresses where necessary
Ensure that standardized procedures, rules, and regulations for all aspects of service are laid down systematically, uniformity and in conformity with the club policies
Provide Food and Beverage services to our Members consistent with the Club standards
Collect all general requisitions and food and beverage requisitions as required by the Outlet Manager.
Prepare all mise en place for Restaurant Service according to requirements of daily forecast.
Assist in preparation of table plans, layout, and operating equipment for service.
Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of F&B Outlet supervisor work experience.
Friendly and service-oriented personality.
Positive work attitude, team player, good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
