F&B Outlet Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the outlet team.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, training and performance.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle guest feedback or complaints.
• Monitor sales performance and work towards outlet targets.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements and walk-in guests.
• Monitor stock levels, wastage and basic cost control.
• Ensure proper cash handling and POS procedures.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene, safety and grooming standards.
• Coordinate events and special promotions where applicable.
• Conduct staff briefings and ensure all operational updates are communicated.
• Report operational issues, incidents and outlet performance to management.
• Ensure company policies, procedures and service standards are followed.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in F&B, hospitality or entertainment operations.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
