- Overseeing Operations: Managing daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring smooth service.
- Financial Management: Monitoring revenues and expenses, controlling inventory, and managing cash reporting.
- Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and performance management of F&B staff.
- Customer Service: Ensuring a high standard of service and hospitality.
- Health and Safety: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to improve F&B operations and profitability.
- Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.
