Job Description

Responsible for staffing, customer service, inventory management, financial reporting, employee training, and ensuring a high standard of service and cleanliness.

  • Overseeing Operations: Managing daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring smooth service.
  • Financial Management: Monitoring revenues and expenses, controlling inventory, and managing cash reporting.
  • Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and performance management of F&B staff.
  • Customer Service: Ensuring a high standard of service and hospitality.
  • Health and Safety: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to improve F&B operations and profitability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.

Skills Required:

  • Leadership: Ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Communication: Effective communication with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to address and resolve issues that arise.
  • Financial Management: Understanding of budgets, costs, and revenue.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Inventory Management: Ability to manage and control inventory effectively.
  • Before taking over a store, you'll need to start as a regular employee. After passing the assessment, you'll be eligible to officially manage a store.
