This is not a desk-only admin role.
We're looking for an Operations Admin who will be trained across the full F&B operations cycle handling backend admin, procurement, and hands-on shift control at outlet level.
If you want to understand how an F&B business truly runs from ordering ingredients to running a service shift this role gives you that exposure.
Provide backend administrative support to F&B operations
(reports, schedules, documentation, coordination)
Handle procurement-related duties, including:
Preparing purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers
Tracking deliveries, invoices, and stock movement
Supporting cost control and basic inventory checks
Be trained to cover and run outlet shifts independently when required
Support shift control, including manpower deployment, workflow coordination, and service continuity
Act as the execution link between HQ and outlet teams
Support basic store-level marketing activities
(photo taking, menu updates, campaign coordination, influencer visits)
Who We're Looking For
Experience in F&B, retail operations, or admin preferred
Willing to learn procurement and cost control basics
Comfortable stepping into operations and running shifts when needed
Organised, responsible, and strong in follow-ups
Able to stay calm and decisive during service
Comfortable working in a non-halal F&B environment
